NEW! We are pleased to announce a new full-text resource available in GaIN - AccessMedicine. AccessMedicine includes approximately 53 full-text textbooks in clinical and educational medicine. Also available from AccessMedicine: drug information, practice guidelines, quick access to diagnosis and treatment of 800 disorders, diagnostic tests, customizable patient education materials, and health news channels. The Health Sciences Library at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah relocated in early April. The library has been operating as a clinical campus branch of the Mercer Medical Library for the last several years. Mercer's second medical school is admitting students to begin in August of 2008 in Savannah, and the school is being housed temporarily in a former education building on Memorial's campus. The auditorium of that building is the new location for the Savannah campus library. Mercer is planning to erect a building in a designated area of Memorial's campus for the new medical school in the future.
