The Rural Health Information Clearinghouse (RHIC) is an information
reference service for the state of Georgia. The purpose of RHIC is to provide
information to health care planners and providers as well as others interested
in Georgia rural health care delivery system issues. While services are primarily targeted to the information needs of health care planners and administrators working in or with rural communities,
RHIC access is available to all Georgia residents and Internet users.
